LegalRush team standup reviewing docket priorities

Team standup · docket priority review

Is LegalRush an AI-income / finance 'Rush' brand, a marketing agency, a logistics company, or does it guarantee court wins and recoveries?

No. We are a Singapore legal practice focused on time-critical commercial counsel. "Rush" means disciplined pace on urgent dockets — deadlines, negotiation clocks and limitation windows — not AI-income courses, not marketing campaigns, not logistics. We do NOT guarantee case results, recovery amounts or negotiation outcomes. Formal advice follows a conflict check and written engagement letter. The .pro TLD is branding only.

LegalRush Pte. Ltd. delivers commercial counsel, contract review, corporate matters and dispute-resolution support from 16 Circular Road. We are not a courier franchise, not an automated document factory and not a firm that promises tribunal victories. Counsel here is human-led, scoped in writing and honest about capacity when the chamber is full.

What happens after I submit a rush intake?

Your submission enters R-01. We acknowledge within one business day, run a conflicts check and respond with either a scope letter (stages, fee band, earliest file date) or a capacity decline with referral suggestions where appropriate. No scope letter means no billable review begins. Attachments should wait until we confirm secure transfer instructions.

Do you offer fixed fees?

Many contract reviews are quoted as fixed fees once page count and complexity are confirmed at R-02. Open-ended litigation, novel regulatory questions and multi-party negotiations remain hourly with budgets discussed upfront. We do not quote fixed fees before reading the document — that would be theatre, not scope discipline.

Can I visit the chamber without an appointment?

Walk-ins are welcome Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 SGT, but counsel may be in review sessions. Appointments through the contact form reduce waiting. Bring NRIC or passport for visitor registration and avoid discussing confidential facts in the reception area.

What areas do you not cover?

We generally do not take criminal defence, family law, personal injury claims or immigration matters. We also decline matters where a conflict exists with existing docket clients. If your need sits outside chamber scope, we say so at intake rather than accepting and referring late.

How does the docket board work for retainer clients?

Retainer clients receive credentials to view their files as chronograph stages with one-line status notes. The public docket board page shows illustrative anonymised entries only — not live client data. Stage transitions trigger email summaries unless you opt out in writing.

Is information on this website legal advice?

No. Site content is general information about our practice and processes. Legal advice requires an engagement letter, conflict clearance and instructions tied to your specific facts. Browsing legalrush.pro does not create a solicitor–client relationship.
