Commercial counsel from Circular Road — structured intake, visible docket stages and advice you can file.
LegalRush Pte. Ltd. was registered in Singapore to serve founders and operators who lose days waiting for scope clarity. Too many firms return vague emails; too many platforms sell automated contracts as substitutes for counsel. We wanted a chamber where intake is structured, stages are visible and rush means respecting your deadline — not skipping review.
Our practice focuses on commercial contracts, corporate secretarial work, employment policies and regulatory memos for Singapore-incorporated businesses. We do not run a parcel network, sell investment products or operate a medical clinic. The name attracts misreadings; our FAQ addresses them directly.
The chamber sits at 16 Circular Road, #03-02, overlooking the Boat Quay precinct — close enough to the CBD for client meetings, quiet enough for mark-up work. Hours are Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00 Singapore time unless a retainer engagement specifies otherwise.

Counsel team · chamber review session
Every lawyer in the chamber follows the same chronograph: intake, scope, review, draft, revise, file. That sequence appears on the docket board, in scope letters and in client updates. It prevents files from drifting between teams without status.
We write advice for decision-makers — operators, finance leads, in-house counsel — not for impressing other lawyers. When a document is fine, we say so. When a clause is dangerous, we explain the commercial trade-off, not just the Latin label.
Conflicts are checked at intake. Capacity is flagged honestly: if we cannot meet your date, we tell you before you send sensitive documents. That policy costs us some instructions and keeps the docket trustworthy.
Professional development stays practical: regulatory updates, contract drafting workshops, and peer review inside the chamber — not conference theatre. Clients benefit when our templates reflect current ACRA practice and PDPA expectations, not last year’s blog post.
Our clients are predominantly Singapore-incorporated companies and regional subsidiaries with commercial contracts to negotiate, boards to support, and compliance calendars to meet. We work with founders who need first MSAs, finance teams managing vendor renewals, and in-house counsel who want overflow review without hiring full-time headcount. We are less suited to personal injury, family, or criminal matters — and we say that upfront so your search time is not wasted on the wrong chamber.
